DUPLICATE FILE FINDER PLUS IS SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

2. Evaluation and Purchase

Duplicate File Finder Plus is not free software. You may use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a FUNCTIONAL LIMITATION: CAN ONLY DELETE ONE DUPLICATE FILE PER TIME. If you find it useful and want to cancel this limitation, you must buy the license.

3. Distribution of the Evaluation Version

You may copy the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish, and give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone, and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. But you should not charge or requesting donations for any such copies however made and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products without the author's written permission.

* Single License (1 PC): licensed to yourself, you (individual) can use the licensed copy on your own 1 PC at most.
* Personal License (3 PCs): licensed to yourself, you (individual) can use the licensed copy on your own 3 PCs at most.
* Home License (10 PCs): licensed to your family, you and your family members can use the licensed copy on your own 10 PCs at most.
* Team License (100 PCs): licensed to your organization or team, your organization/team members can use the licensed copy on your own 100 PCs at most.
* Enterprise License (Unlimited PCs): licensed to your organization, your organization members can use the licensed copy on ALL your own PCs.
